Description: Join Dr. Michael Berletich (DAOM, L.Ac.) for a comprehensive two-day, 15-hour seminar dedicated to the clinical restoration of the digestive system. Designed specifically for licensed acupuncturists, this course bridges classical Chinese medical theory with modern clinical application. Practitioners will gain a robust toolkit for addressing complex gastrointestinal disorders using a multi-modality approach that includes herbal medicine, advanced acupuncture and Teishin techniques, as well as Qi Gong.
Instructor Bio: Michael Berletich, DAOM, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M., is a highly accomplished educator, clinician, and scholar with over 20 years of leadership in Chinese medicine. He has served as the Dean of Faculty and Department Chair of Chinese Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM), and currently shares his expertise as the Education Program Director for Classical Pearls and core faculty at Yo San University. With nearly two decades of direct clinical experience specializing in internal medicine and chronic disease—supported by multiple clinical residencies in China—Dr. Berletich brings a profound depth of knowledge to his teaching. Melding a scholar’s love for classical theory with a clinician’s practical mind, he is uniquely equipped to guide practitioners through the intricate diagnostic and herbal landscapes of GI disorders in Classical Chinese Medicine.
